Last year, we join forces and we participate to a Group challange initiative – ALTM Treasury – through which we did sport activities that had contributed to WaterAid fundraising.
Our drive was oriented to connect, unit and engage our colleagues, while our charity purpose led to promote good actions for a better cause collecting fonds for an international foundation, whose goal is to make clean water, decent toilets, and good hygiene normal for everyone, everywhere.
Therefore, we mobilise our colleagues to join this healthy action that required us to do sport activities, in any form (running, biking, swimming etc.), to record them and centralize the scores. In addition, we tracked the results through a sportive app. For 2 weeks, in September, we were active together with all our Group colleages by having colaborative and simultanious sport activities.
At the end, we found out that each step counted as it transformed into concrete actions for those in need!
